冬天宜飲紅茶?

飲茶加桂花 暖身又暖胃

黑茶(雲南普洱茶)
普洱屬黑茶的一種,潘醫師指黑茶的性偏溫醇,味性溫熱,可溫胃養胃、消滯去膩。因此,黑茶適宜大多數人,但陰虛內熱體質人士不宜飲用,飲後會容易上火。
